Supreme Court Deadline For Obama Dec 1st 2008

Will Barack Obama throw America into a Constitutional Crisis by denying the Supreme Court’s order of proof of citizenship?

Justice Souter of the Supreme Court has ordered President Elect Obama to produce a ‘vault’ copy of his birth certificate by Dec 1st 2008. This is the same document that up until now the Obama legal team has fought showing to the American public. It is widely rumored that Obama was born in Kenya and his vault copy of his birth certificate will say this. Hence his legal maneuvering to not let the public see it. The Supreme Court will not let this go.

“I can see a unanimous Court (en banc) decertifying the election if Obama refuses to produce his birth certificate,” says Raymond S. Kraft, an attorney and writer. “They cannot do otherwise without abandoning all credibility as guardians of the Constitution. Even the most liberal justices, however loathe they may to do this, still consider themselves guardians of the Constitution. The Court is very jealous of its power – even over presidents, even over presidents-elect.”
Also remember that on December 13, the Electoral College meets to casts its votes. If it has been determined that Mr. Obama is an illegal alien and therefore ineligible to become President of the United States, the Electors will be duty-bound to honor the Constitution. see article
Will Obama tell the Supreme Court that he doesn’t need to prove his citizenship? Only time will tell now. America awaits.
Thus far he has used every legal trick in the book to have this case dismissed. He is doing everything to not have to show the Supreme Court his birth certificate.
Just as a simple question of his integrity, why would he be fighting it? He won the the vote after all and is set to be sworn in in January. How on earth can anyone say that he doesn’t need to show the Supreme Court his birth certificate? He can not and the Court as well as the Electoral college can see to it that he is not sworn in on Constitutional grounds.

Could this be the plan all along? This would destablizie our entire nation. Consider what a nullification would do to Wall Street.
This is so far reaching but yet is it also far fetched? Our nation destroyed from within by our Islamic enemies, an idea that certainly sends chills down my spine.

If the Surpreme Court and the Electoral College denies this man the Presidency..there will be a riot in this country like we’ve never seen before! This man could not pass a Security test to become a Presidents Guard because of his past assoiciation with know terriost. How could people be so stupid to allow this man to Con them in to voting for him. Pray for this country…I fear for the the Future of the USA!

FOR MANY MONTHS WE HAVE CHALLENGED HIS LIGITIMATE BIRTHPLACE…PLENTY OF TIME FOR THE PROCRASTINATING SUPREME COURT TO MAKE THIS DECISION MONTHS PRIOR TO THIS CRITICAL DATE. THIS MAKES THE U.S. SUPREME COURT ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE DAMAGE TO PROPERTY AND CITIZENS WHICH AND WHO MAY BE DAMAGED OR DESTROYED DURING THE ENSUING RIOTS THAT WILL FOLLOW A TRUTHFUL DECLARATION OF NON-U.S. BIRTH.

Are you serious?
You think the Supreme Court should be held accountable for the illegal actions of people that aren’t grown up enough to control themselves?
If Obama is not a natural-born citizen; Isn’t he the one to blame? Isn’t he the one people should hold responsible?
Perhaps it was the fault of his tennis shoes. After all, his shoes were the the one that said “Just Do It”.

If Obama is not legal everything he would do would be a legal nullity and don’t think there are not foreign and domestic “interests” who don’t already know the truth. So we the People would just have to have another election… Big Deal.. who would be President in the mean time… Probably Joe Biden

For update – It will be December 5th when the Supreme Court confers on the case. So Friday. Announcement or action expected before the Electoral College meets to actually elect Obama as President, or not. Only time will tell now.

Naturally there could be consequences if he is found to be ineligible to be our president, but don’t we as American citizens, have the right to know the truth without any doubt whatsoever? Should the Constitution be violated? Should we have someone for president who could not pass a security clearance to have even the least important of jobs in the FBI or CIA?
