   You might want to check out Philip Berg’s site http://www.obamacrimes.com. You can watch a video that tells how the birth certificate at Facts.org is NOT an official birth certificate but rather a certification of birth. They are different. And…that document has been shown to be a fake. Check it out. Expert testimony is given as to why. I also hope you’re following that the case has been accepted by Judge Thomas of the Supreme court to be discussed Friday, Dec. 5th.

   But Hawaii said he has a real birth certificate as does Snopes and Factcheck. Yes they all have real birth certificates, all of the thousands of people born in foreign nations like Obama that ALSO have real birth certs in Hawaii. This as the article points out doesn’t mean Obama or they were born in Hawaii. Scandal galore and Obama can be sent to prison if the Supreme Court goes after him.

    §622-57 Availability of medical records.

    (a) If a patient of a health
    care provider as defined in section 671-1, requests copies of the
    patient’s medical records, the copies shall be made available to the
    patient unless, in the opinion of the health care provider, it would
    be detrimental to the health of the patient to obtain the records. If
    the health care provider is of the opinion that release of the
    records to the patient would be detrimental to the health of the
    patient, the health care provider shall advise the patient that
    copies of the records will be made available to the patient’s
    attorney upon presentation of a proper authorization signed by the
    patient.

    (b) If an attorney for a patient asks a health care provider for
    copies of the patient’s medical records and presents a proper
    authorization from the patient for the release of the information,
    complete and accurate copies of the records shall be given to the
    attorney within a reasonable time not to exceed ten working days.

    (c) In the case of a deceased person, a personal representative of
    the deceased person’s estate may obtain copies of or may authorize
    the health care provider to release copies of the deceased person’s
    medical records upon presentation of proper documentation showing the
    personal representative’s authority.

    If no personal representative has been appointed, the deceased
    person’s next of kin in order of superseding priority, without court
    order, may obtain copies of or may authorize the health care provider
    to release copies of the deceased person’s medical records, except as
    otherwise provided in this subsection and subsections (d) and (e). A
    deceased person’s next of kin possesses superseding priority when all
    kin ranked higher in the order listed in the definition of “deceased
    person’s next of kin” are deceased or incapacitated. When there are
    multiple persons at the same level of superseding priority, all such
    persons shall be entitled to request and obtain the records. The
    person claiming to be next of kin of a deceased person and requesting
    the deceased person’s medical records shall submit to the medical
    provider from whom the records are requested, an affidavit attesting
    to status as next of kin with superseding priority. The medical
    provider may rely upon the affidavit, and in so doing, shall be
    immune to any claims relating to release of the medical records.

    (d) Notwithstanding applicable state confidentiality laws governing
    the following types of specially protected health information, a
    health care provider may honor, in whole or in part, a request by the
    deceased person’s next of kin for release of medical records if the
    medical records of the deceased person contain references pertaining
    to any of the following types of specially protected health
    information:

    (1) HIV infection, AIDS, or AIDS-related complex;
    (2) Diagnosis or treatment of a mental illness; or
    (3) Participation in a substance abuse treatment
    program.

    (e) A health care provider shall refuse a request by the deceased
    person’s next of kin for release of medical records if the deceased
    person had previously indicated to the medical provider in writing
    that the person did not wish to have medical records released to next
    of kin.

    (f) Notwithstanding subsections (c) through (e), any medical records
    of a deceased person may be produced pursuant to a court order
    specifically compelling release.

    (g) Reasonable costs incurred by a health care provider in making
    copies of medical records shall be borne by the requesting person.

    (h) For the purposes of this section:

    “Deceased person’s next of kin” means a person with the following
    relationship to the deceased person:

    (1) The spouse or reciprocal beneficiary;
    (2) An adult child;
    (3) Either parent;
    (4) An adult sibling;
    (5) A grandparent; and
    (6) A guardian at the time of death.

    “Personal representative” shall have the meaning provided in section
    560:1-201. [L 1976, c 219, §15; am L 1984, c 150, §1; am L 2004, c
    192, §1]

    1. Were Obama born outside the U.S., under U.S. law he is still a “natural-born U.S. citizen” for the purposes of Article II of the Constitution — as is John McCain (who WAS born outside the U.S.), and as were George Romney and Barry Goldwater, two other candidates who were born outside the country (Romney) or not in a state (Goldwater was born in the Arizona Territory, prior to statehood).

    2. If the birth occurred outside of Hawaii, then the State of Hawaii’s Certificate of Live Birth would state so. It doesn’t.

    3. Newspapers from Honolulu in 1961 confirm the birth in Honolulu. Now, either Barack Obama is Jesus resurrected and able to manipulate newspapers when he was just days old, or he was born in Honolulu.

    4. Nothing you allege against the birth certificate is backed up by affidavits, let alone hard evidence to suggest any problem with the document.

    You can’t prove your birth certificate isn’t a fake, the same way you challenge Obama. That’s not the issue. The issue is, what does the State of Hawaii say? They say born in Honolulu, and they’ve been consistent in that statement for more than 47 years.

    Finally, why in the world would any hospital confirm to you something held in records 47 years ago? It’s telling that you offer no link to support that claim, but instead links to the hospital websites. You’re counting on people looking at the links and thinking they back your case, when they do no such thing.

    You’ve got not an iota of evidence to support any of your claims. Shame on you.

    booksnmore4you – They’re making a whole video presentation of both the audio as well as video taken I’ve been told. They’ve been advised to include it all for legal reasons which will really upset a few people. I understand that this enterprising group has a few people who agreed to give info on condition of anonymity. I see problems arising when they release it all but that’s life. Some very interesting conversations you’ll see and hear. I’ve seen a few of them.
    One thing peculiar is still all of this drama and all Obama has to do is just let people see his birth certificate.
    Level headed – well if all of these people are correct in that Obama just had to be born in America I would think calling the newspaper to add a birth announcement far easier than figuring out the rest. Things such as knowing that Hawaii does issue birth certificates to people born in other nations. To be all the way in Kenya and just have to get a birth registered in America smacks of a plan as I see it. Also to know that one can seal it and not allow anyone access, and at the same time travel to Hawaii and the very next week have Hawaii issue a statement that the birth certificate is real. As all foreign birth certificates are in Hawaii. See anything wrong with this picture?
    To date Hawaii has NOT said that Barack was born in Hawaii. Only that he like so many others born in other nations has an authentic Hawaiian birth certificate.
    Are you catching on yet? Seems simple to me -and all of this can just go poof. All Obama has to do is release it. So simple and as I see it there are only two possibilities then.

    1. Barack Obama was born in Hawaii but is one really dense individual that is not worthy of being President. To spend so much $ to fight having his birth certificate seen? Ridiculous of the man! In case after case all over the country his only defense is citizens have no right to see it or challenge him as a candidate. That worked with Federal Court but it will now be reviewed by the Supreme Court on Dec 5th. Who else can challenge this and force him to show it? Since on it it will say place of birth, hospital as well as Dr. that delivered, and religion of parents.
    Want to make a bet?
    Possiblillity number 2 – He was born in Kenya and will never willingly let anyone see his birth certificate. Only the copy let out to the public with the 2007 borders. Wrong year! He knows if he dares show the document he may very well not be President and the author of this article is correct.

    Either way choice 1 or 2 Obama really shouldn’t be President.

    The grandparents can go to the registrar’s office and simply state that the child was born in Hawaii and the same certificate is issued. Likewise, they will accept a newspaper clipping as proof good enough for that particular document. In this instance, that particular document may or may not actually exist, as the one provided on the web is a forgery as proven by more than one expert examiner who can back up their claims when it is demanded they do so by a tough and doubting critic. At any rate, if it does indeed exist, it still is not a “birth certificate,” in the real sense of the word. It is one that may be issued up to one year after birth to anyone whose parents claim to have been resident in HI for one year previously. McCain’s BC was presented, and it has been said that perhaps Obama and Hillary lead the charge to accept it (even though there were some other possible snafus for him) because they both discussed and agreed upon the fact that he was “beatable,” then, of course, we know that the big 0 took care of Hillary! BTW, the appointment to the Secy of State job is also UNCONSTITUTIONAL…so far he’s battin’ 1000! Total disrespect for the Supreme Law of the Land. Just like many of us on here and the rest of us “tinfoil hat-wearers” have suspected all along, he’ll likely try to rewrite the Constitution to suit himself since he already (apparently) figures it’s just an old piece of paper. He’s smart, gotta give him that–he WAS a Constitutional scholar and attorney, right? In any event, it was run 4 days after his birth and maybe the grandparents ran it to prepare for their daughter and baby’s homecoming? Do you know there is currently (yet another) lawsuit, this time regarding intent to defraud by BHO’s mother? Maya was born in Jakarta, Indonesia, suppsedly, but mom rushed back to the US, just as she did for BHO. For someone who was so anti-American, raised by Communists too, she sure did want to make sure her kids were seen as AMERICAN. At least when it was convenient.

    This is a great article about an ad taken out ( link below) in Chicago Tribune. It says it all.

    “Mr. Obama is respectfully requested to direct the Hawaiian officials to provide access to his original birth certificate on December 5-7 by our team of forensic scientists, and to provide additional documentary evidence establishing his citizenship status prior to our Washington, D.C. press conference on December 8,” the foundation says. PolitiFact has said it has no reason to doubt the authenticity of the document.Among other complaints, the foundation charges:

    -that the Obama campaign posted on the Internet an “unsigned, forged and thoroughly discredited, computer-generated birth form created in 2007″
    -the Hawaii Dept of Health won’t confirm Obama’s assertion that you were born in Hawaii (the director of Hawaii’s Department of Health on Oct. 31 personally verified that the health department holds Obama’s original birth certificate.)
    -there are legal affidavits stating Obama was actually born in Kenya
    -Obama’s grandmother is recorded on tape saying she attended your birth in Kenya.
    -In 1965, Obama’s mother legally relinquished whatever Kenyan or U.S. citizenship she and her son had by marrying an Indonesian and becoming a naturalized Indonesian citizen.

    We the People is in the process of choosing the forensic scientists who would travel to Hawaii to examine Obama’s original birth certificate, if Obama directs Hawaiian officials to provide it. The group estimates costs will be about $20,000 to successfully complete the task, and they need money. Any donors out there?

    The birth certificate issue is like this annoying itch that just won’t go away. During the campaign, the Obama camp tried to stamp out the rumors by posting information – and the birth certificate – on its Fight the Smears site. But that apparently hasn’t stopped the rumor mill.

    A Kentucky truck driver last week filed a demand that Obama prove he is a natural-born U.S. citizen. Daniel John Essek, 47, wants the former Illinois senator to provide a copy of his birth certificate to a federal judge in London for verification.

    “I may very well be chasing windmills thinking they’re monsters,” Essek told the Lexington Herald-Leader.

    A Pennsylvania judge threw out a pre-election court challenge to the citizenship issue, saying its arguments were frivolous. Other similar lawsuits have also been filed.

    Right Side News on Sunday so graciously pointed out that “Hawaii Revised Statute 338-17.8 allows registration of birth in Hawaii for a child that was born outside of Hawaii to parents who, for a year preceding the childs birth, claimed Hawaii as their place of residence. The parents would be issued a Certification of Live Birth. This is not proof of where the child was born. It only proves that the parents claimed Hawaii as their main place of residence for the prior year.”

    This Friday, the U.S. Supreme Court judges will conference. It’s expected the question of whether Obama is actually eligible to become the next president will come up. If four of the nine justices vote to hear the case, brought by Leo C. Donofrio against the New Jersey secretary of state, oral argument may be scheduled.

    You know the Internet is going to be abuzz with activity surrounding Friday’s conference. We’ll try to sift through the sludge and bring you the facts.

    UPDATE: Here’s my Q&A with We The People Foundation Chairman Bob Schulz:

    Q.) Why don’t you believe that the Hawaiian authorities have vouched for the authenticity of the birth certificate filed with that state for President-elect Obama? The state’s Department of Health director on Oct. 31 released a statement verifying the legitimacy of Obama’s birth certificate. DOH Director Dr. Chiyome Fukino and the registrar of vital statistics, Alvin Onaka, have personally verified that the health department holds Obama’s original birth certificate.

    A.) Yes, Hawaii officials have publicly verified that they possess Obama’s original birth certificate, however in their official press release they fail to state it is an original birth certificate from Hawaii.

    In fact, under Hawaiian law, a foreign born child can be registered as a naturalized (but not “natural born”) U.S. citizen following application of the parents, (See, Hawaiian law provides for registration of out-of-state births under HRS 338-17.8. ). Such persons would be eligible to receive a “Certification of Live Birth” from the state, such as the document Obama has proffered. “Naturalized” citizens, such as the Governor of California, cannot hold the office of President.

    This of course, does not resolve the thornier issue as to the content of Obama’s birth document. Specifically the stated “place of birth” may not in fact reflect the physical location of Obama’s birth (as evidenced by the “original” certificate of Live Birth claimed to be in the possession of Hawaii officials), but rather the local Hawaii residency of the U.S. parent claimed in a birth registration application such as that provided by HRS 338-17.8 (See above). In any event the document is simply a computer-created document based upon the entries in a computer database, which may have been conceivably tampered with at some point.

    Hawaii law also provides for “amending” birth certificates. From the official web page: “Amended certificates of birth may be prepared and filed with the Department of Health, as provided by law, for 1) a person born in Hawaii who already has a birth certificate filed with the Department of Health or 2) a person born in a foreign country.”

    In short, the document proffered by Obama does not contain all the information needed to conclusively verify that he is legally eligible to hold the Office of President.

    Additionally, beyond their refusal to minimally confirm that Obama was born in Hawaii, state officials also refuse to comment on the authenticity of Obama’s birth document.

    All these questions could be resolved by Obama by simply providing access to his original birth certificate.

    Q.) What reputable sources have discredited the birth certificate already produced by Obama?

    A.) Attorney Phil Berg states in his lawsuit against Obama, “…three (3) independent Document Forensic Experts performed extensive Forensic testing on the Certificate of Live Birth posted on Obama’s campaign website.”

    He has not publicly identified his sources but one of them is reported to be a reputable professional forensics expert going under the pseudonym “Polarik” for his family’s protection. His latest comprehensive report concluding Obama’s document is a forgery can be found here. He has also posted a short YouTube video.

    Q.) How much did you pay for these 2 full-page ads (on Dec. 1 and 3)?

    A.) Tens of thousands of dollars. It was a negotiated amount.

    Q.) What sort of reaction have you received so far to the ads?

    A.) We have experienced significant media interest from primarily talk shows and newspapers, including some well-known media entities. We have hoped that our ads would spur public debate on this topic and hopefully, this may have begun.

    In the end, there is no practical reason why Obama refuses to produce his original birth certificate. He is seeking the Office of President and has a duty to provide evidence that he meets the explicit requirements established by the Constitution.

    I wasn’t born in America and I am American..served in the military ( Royal and American)…no I’m not from Britain), have a birth certificate in another language, speak 5 languages, Dad who is not from the US and a Mother from Puerto Rico..a common wealth.

    Being a mother of children in the 60’s and 70’s, you, yourself notify your local newspapers of the birth of your children if you so desire unless it is a birth announcement offered by your hospital.

    The so-called BHO was not a hospital announcement of the births during that particular week or month, etc. it was a personal announcement.

    To this day you can still announce the birth of your child for free even in the Washington Post.

    It also appears that his mother was still a citizen of Indonesia when she died here. His mother knew the art of milking both sides of the cow to their advantage.

    The major newspapers ran the records of Hawaii births from records from the state government. All babies born in the state were listed in the legal announcements section.

    Not fraud. Contemporaneous business record. If the courthouse with the record burned down, this newspaper would suffice.

    And in contradiction, what do the critics offer? “We haven’t looked at the documents, but we’re sure they’re forged. We haven’t bothered to get affidavits, but we know a cousin who knows a guy who talked to someone who claims Obama’s Kenyan Grandmother said he was born in Kenya.”

    And if he was born in Kenya, he’s still a U.S. citizen, natural-born for the sake of the Constitution, because his mother was an American citizen.

    So, what’s the kick? Got documents? Where are they? Obama’s is on the internet. Yours are . . . lost in Kenya? Lost in Indonesia? Adrift in the Pacific? In any case, nowhere to be seen.

    In the current case about to be reviewed before the Supreme Court the Supreme Court can most certainly force Obama to release his birth certificate. That is just a fact.

    Something that I find funny, is that those staunch left-wingers keep referring to this issue as “republican” or “conservative” hype and propaganda, when the main legal case against Obama is actually by a democrat.     Why are people stating the law regarding medical records. As the article shows there ARE NO medical records for Obama or his mother in ANY hospital in Hawaii. Not for birth, not for anything. That is the point. America is being scammed and someone or the Supreme Court needs to stop it before we are in serious trouble.

    Obama please tell us where you were born? Is the hospital really a state secret? if so Kenya?

    How can anyone defend Obama in this at all? Does anyone care about the Constitution?

Such as not telling that Hawaii issues birth certificates to people born in other nations. Also they fail to show that Hawaii DID NOT say Obama was natural born. That is a lie. They state that he has an authentic birth certificate on file – as does everyone else born in Russia, China and Kenya. All have authentic birth certificates and that is the damned point media. Why do they want to hide the facts like this – are they just closed minded or propagandists?

    If this man takes office we enter a dark age in this nation.

    It’s amazing that this guy got this far without a vetting of his constitutional requirements to be President. What I find interesting is why the Hawaii Governor last month, after Obama visited Hawaii to “see” his sick grandmother, sealed Obama’s birth certificate? If the birth certificate, as Obama, FactCheck.org, and Snopes all say is on the internet (see picture of Certificate of Live Birth above), then how and why is his “real” birth certificate being sealed by the Governor of Hawaii?

    This indicates that there are 2 birth certificates–the one we are seeing on the internet, and another that we are NOT seeing–the “vault birth certificate” that is sealed in the Hawaii Records Bureau of Vital Statistics.

    If Obama gets sworn in as President, will any of the laws or EOs he signs valid? By snubbing the US Constitution, will it invalidate the US Presidency? If he doesn’t follow the laws, do any of us (300 Million) have to follow ANY laws?

    The college Republicans did their patriotic duty. Simply asking or even bribing a hospital employee to simply tell if a patient or two ( as in Obama and Mom) were ever in a hospital is rather easy and needed in this country. The media is not helping and continues to pump out biases news like the Houston Chronicle piece. If Americans don’t know the truth they figure they can do anything they want.

    Word is now his supposed birth hospital ‘Has no comment’ or ‘due to pending litigation we are not able to confirm or deny if Barack Obama was born here’. Is this not a damned joke on America or what?

    I found this at TexasDarlin posted, so maybe someone needs to check out some Canadian hospitals that may be close to Washington state.

    It’s posted by C.R. and it states below,” There are two factions amongst the people working on this (and I mean that across the country, not the office we’re at). One is that he was born in Kenya, based on a lack of evidence. But we’re of the firm belief in the Canadian birth. Why? Well, looks like there may be a document coming out of Washington state, of all places, SIGNED by his mother. We haven’t seen it, but looks like that item is coming down to America via a Southern state (I heard Alabama, then I heard Florida). So much so, that a rep from one of the S of S offices (one like me, a former hack, not someone on payroll) went up there to confirm before bringing it down.

    We’ve had great support from some in Hawaii, who have been able to gain some access to the hospital records. Nothing seems complete, and again this is what I’ve heard not directly but from those who have been in on this much longer than I, that the hospital fiasco is based on one hospital knowing the other didn’t have the record and wanting to look like the birthplace – for money or donations, what have you. That all seems to be a mess, but the HI folks haven’t been able to turn up anything that would SUPPORT Obama – and the funny thing is, that “BC” we’ve seen out of HI doesn’t even match similar records from the SAME DAY!”

The constitution has something my teacher called “the law of blood.” It says that you can be born in a foreign nation but as long as your parents are US citizens then you are one too.

    Even though Obama’s mother was an American citizen, one must have been born on a United States Military Base outside of the continental United States to be a “Natural Born Citizen”. Obama was born in Kenya and not on a United States Military Base. Obama may be a citizen, but not a Natural Born Citizen.

    For the Hawaiian ‘Policies and Procedures’ she refereed to…see item #1 above which, again, affords foreign born babies to obtain a Hawaiian COLB (within 1 year).

    C) If proven Obama is indeed foreign born (Kenya), He would not have received U.S. citizenship based, only, on his mother’s citizenship status. Per U.S. law at the time of his birth (December 24, 1952 to November 13, 1986).
    “If only one parent was a U.S. citizen at the time of your birth, that parent must have resided in the United States for at least ten years, at least five of which had to be after the age of 16.”

    Obama’s mother would have had to have given birth to him when she was 21 (16 + 5). She didn’t. Therefore, Obama could not obtain U.S. citizenship based only by virtue his mother’s citizenship.

    Obviously, the Long Form COLB’s have a whole lot more detailed information (including the birth Hospital) than the short form Obama posted (questionable authenticity) shows. Why hasn’t he released his Long form COLB?

    E) And then there is the dual citizenship issue. Factcheck themselves state that Obama was indeed a British subject and did in fact hold dual citizenship AT Birth.

    So even IF he was indeed born in Hawaii (would be easy for him to prove but hasn’t so far), Obama could therefore not be a Natural Born citizen because Natural Born citizens can not hold dual citizenship at birth. It has to do with the potential for divided loyalties.

    He might be a “Naturalized” Citizen, but there is nothing (to date) in the public sector to suggest he is a ‘Natural Born” Citizen, which is what the Constitution clearly requires for one to become POTUS.

    Obama owes it to our country, and to the Constitution to go public with a copy of his 1961 Long Form original birth certificate (COLB).

    It is, without question, that (at the very least) the Secretary of State of New Jersey did NOT do their job in making sure the candidates (including Obama) were qualified and eligible to be on their states’ ballot.

    Why?

    How would the SoS from NJ explain that Roger Calero was on their ballet as a candidate?

    Socialist Workers Party candidate Roger Calero isn’t even a U.S. citizen, yet appeared on NJ’s presidential ballot.

    An associate lawyer in a Chicago-based firm whose partner served on a finance committee for then-Sen. Barack Obama has advocated for the elimination of the U.S. Constitution’s requirement that a president be a “natural-born” citizen, calling the requirement “stupid” and asserting it discriminates, is outdated and undemocratic.

    The paper was written in 2006 by Sarah Herlihy, just two years after Obama had won a landslide election in Illinois to the U.S. Senate. Herlihy is listed as an associate at the Chicago firm of Kirkland & Ellis. A partner in the same firm, Bruce I. Ettelson, cites his membership on the finance committees for both Obama and Sen. Richard Durbin on the corporate website.

    The article by Herlihy is available online under law review articles from Kent University.

    The issue is the subject of nearly two dozen court cases in recent weeks, including at least two that have gone to the U.S. Supreme Court.

    There have been accusations that Obama was born in Kenya, not Hawaii as his campaign has stated. His paternal grandmother has stated she was in attendance at his birth in Mombasa. While Hawaii officials say they have seen his birth certificate, they have declined to release information from it.

    Join more than 150,000 others in signing WND’s online petition calling for release of Barack Obama’s birth certificate and verifying beyond any shadow of a doubt his constitutional eligibility for office. This offer ends Thursday at noon Eastern Time to ensure all letters are delivered by Friday morning to the Supreme Court.

    The Certification of Live Birth from Hawaii that the Obama campaign posted on the Internet isn’t considered by critics to resolve the issue, since during the 1960s when Obama was born, the new state issued the document to infants not necessarily born in Hawaii.

    There also remain unanswered questions about his youth, when he lived and attended school in Indonesia and later when he traveled to Pakistan. The questions include whether he gave up a U.S. citizenship to attend school or traveled on another nation’s passport to Pakistan at a time when U.S. passports were unwelcome there.

    Answers to those issues could determine whether Obama meets the Constitution’s demand for a “natural-born” citizen.

    Herlihy’s published paper reveals that the requirement likely was considered in a negative light by organizations linked to Obama in the months before he announced in 2007 his candidacy for the presidency.

    “The natural born citizen requirement in Article II of the United States Constitution has been called the ’stupidest provision’ in the Constitution, “undecidedly un-American,” “blatantly discriminatory,” and the “Constitution’s worst provision,” Herlihy begins in her introduction to the paper titled, “Amending the Natural Born Citizen Requirement: Globalization as the Impetus and the Obstacle.”

    She concludes that the “emotional” reasons to oppose changing the Constitution will prevail over the “rational” reasons demanding a change.

    “The current American perceptions about the effects of globalization and the misunderstanding about what globalization actually is will result in Americans deciding that naturalized citizens should not be president because this would, in effect, be promoting globalization, Herlihy wrote.

    “Although this argument is admittedly circular, because globalization is the thing that makes the need to abolish the requirement more and more persuasive, Americans’ subsequent perceptions about globalization are the very things that will prevent Americans from embracing the idea of eliminating the natural born requirement.

    “Logical Americans are looking for a reason to ignore the rational reasons promoted by globalization so that they may vote based on their own emotions and instincts,” she wrote.

    She blamed support for the constitutional provision on “fear, racism, religious intolerance, or blind faith in the decisions of the Founding Fathers.”

    WND called Herlihy’s number listed on the law firm website, and a woman answered with, “Sarah Herlihy.” But when WND identified itself as a news agency, the woman said she didn’t think “Sarah Herlihy” was in, but would take a message. There was no return call.

    In the body of her argument, Herlihy said the constitutional provision simply is outdated.

    “Considering that the Founding Fathers presumably included the natural born citizen clause in the Constitution partly out of fear of foreign subversion, the current stability of the American government and the intense media scrutiny of presidential candidates virtually eliminates the possibility of a ‘foreigner’ coming to America, becoming a naturalized citizen, generating enough public support to become president, and somehow using the presidency to directly benefit his homeland,” she wrote.

    “The natural born citizen clause of the United States Constitution should be repealed for numerous reasons. Limiting presidential eligibility to natural born citizens discriminates against naturalized citizens, is outdated and undemocratic, and incorrectly assumes that birthplace is a proxy for loyalty,” she wrote.

    Many of the reasons for keeping the limit, she wrote, “are based primarily on emotion.”

    A web blogger suggested, “So it sure looks like Obama’s people have looked into the matter of ‘natural born’ as far back as early 2006. What is even more disturbing is that it would appear that they are following the thought of: ‘If the facts do not support the theory, Destroy the facts!”

     I am surprised that hospitals would still have records of those who were admitted as patients as far back at 1961.

     Were names checked both for Mrs. Barack Obama and for Stanley Ann Dunham? August 4, 1961 was a Friday. According to the Certification of Live Birth that was the date of birth. It also indicates that the registrar filed the documents August 8, 1961, the following Tuesday. If he was born on the 4th, certainly his mother would have been admitted on that day, or even earlier, unless it was one of those deals where the baby is born at home, and the mother does not make it to a hospital, but then this would be family lore and Obama’s family members would not be making up hospital names?

     There is something screwy about all this.

     Your blog entry refers to the Coast Provincial Hospital, but you post a link that takes one to the Mombasa Hospital-which is a different hospital and the oldest one in Mombasa. Mombasa Hospital had a different name in 1961 and would have been a natural one for his mom to have a baby in, as they were perceived as catering to the white population, and it is a private hospital, rather than a public/govt. one as Coast Provincial is.

     Need to get your story straight. Which one is it?

In addition, the very FIRST sentence should have clued you in that there’s a problem…the word “announcement” was spelled “announcment”. Spelling errors are always an indication of a falsified document/website.

     How did you get that info from any hospital without BHO’s permission? I am an RN and I know about the confidentiality laws. I just called the medical records department at Queens Hoaspital in Honolulu and was told I had to have BHO’s permissiion to learn if he was born there or if his mother was ever there. Look, I want to get to the bottom of this just like everyone else but I smell a rat. Please tell me how you just called up these hospitals or walked in there asking for this info and got the truth. Did hospial employees break the law for you and go snoooping through the files or the microphish?      Jimmy – You’re right MSNBC is like most of the mainstream media. They don’t want it widely know that Hawaii issues birth certificates to people born in other nations.

     The forum for that article though looks closed since Nov 26th, but that doesn’t change the fact that they would not have published your response anyway. Just look at the comments. Not one is in opposition.
     Constitution 101 – I have to correct you. You can be born outside of America and still be a ‘Natural born citizen’. The definition includes children of military stationed overseas, wherever they are born. Like McCain’s parents in Panama where McCain was born, he is still a natural born citizen.
     Obama born in Kenya to one Kenyan National with an underage American citizen (his Mom) makes Obama NOT a Natural born citizen.

     For those of you still stuck on Factcheck. Once again Factcheck would say all of them – any of the thousands of birth certificates from people born in Japan, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan and India who all have Hawaiian Real Birth Certificates are REAL. This obviously doesn’t mean that any of them, including Barack Obama were born in Hawaii.

     Some are saying they ‘illegally’ acquired the knowledge but at the same time since no record of Obama or mother is present in any hospital in Hawaii something is wrong. Obviously no one’s records were tampered with as they were never in a hospital and Obama was not born where claimed.
     As far as the methodology of asking about if a patient was even in a hospital, well take a look at that whole Joe The Plumber episode. The poor man asks a question of Obama and is roasted by the mainstream media and his past dived into illegally. All for a question.
     I would say someone who may not qualify for being President is much much more important that what was done with Joe the Plumber against his will. To hell with Obama’s will on this issue. If we could we would even break into the Health Department in Hawaii to get a copy of his birth certificate if we had the chance. Believe me they thought about it.
     Hey if Obama and crew can spy illegally on the past and whole life of a Private citizen who merely asked him a question, I’ll be damned if Any American jury would convict any of the college Republicans for ‘illegally’ getting information on a potential President of the United States set to take office in a month.
     America deserves to know.
     As I see it Obama has no privacy on this issue and he is a scamming criminal to dare think he can hide his whole past from the public.

     I agree with everything you said. I wish someone would break in somewhere to get the info if that’s what it would take. BUT would that eveidence be admisable in court? If it is illegally obtained will Obama get to skate? Who ever takes the BC would have to have a dam good lawyer or they will end up in jail and BHO would get to be president. A dam good attorney, a great plan of action and kept quiet until all their ducks were in a row.      Here’s something else. A bit off track but whatever…WHERE ARE BHO’S WHITE RELATIVES? We know his mother and grandparents are dead. OK. Doesn’t he have any other white relatives? Were his grandparents the only children born to their families? Unless that’s the case BHO should have a white aunt or uncle or cousins somewhere. He is still a relatively young man so the chances of him outliving all his white relatives are sorta slim, don’t you think? I can’t believe I am only asking myself this question today.      If EarthFrisk can get information from Hawaiian hospitals by whatever means, perhaps they can do the same with the Mombasa Coastal Provincial Hospital.
     If they could get a certified true copy of Barack Obama’s birth certificate issued by that hospital by whatever means, that would be very damning positive proof that he wasn’t a natural born U.S. citizen and therefore ineligible to be president of the United States.

     Kenya is an independent nation that has already frozen Obama’s file at the hospital. They are instituting a national holiday for Obama and his family there claim to have been at his birth there in Kenya.
     Trying to violate the authorities in a not-so-free nation like Kenya isn’t quite as risk free or near risk free as doing some investigative work in hospitals in Hawaii. Plus we don’t have many college students already in Kenya to even attempt the leg work.

     If you think you voted for a black man, you are sadly mistaken. You voted for dark colored skin, but that book cover didn’t let you know what is inside the book.

     First let me point out that no history was made in this presidential election. A “Black President” was not elected. A President was elected, exactly what we set out to do and have done every four years since this country was formed.

     I heard a Democrat Congrassman on the Tom Sullivan radio show a couple weeks ago talking about the lawsuit he had filed to have Obama’s birth certificate released. Unfortunately I cannot recall if it was Fact Check or Snopes, but he stated that Obama & Ayers used to sit on the Board of Directors of the comapny that owned the website. Since then I have not believed anything either of them have had to say on the subject. They both tend to mirror what the other reports, and with the connection to Obama revealed they should abstain from any discussions on the subject.

     Marshall – I hope the Berg case is taken quickly as by December 15th it will be too late. Then Obama will be elected by the Electoral College. Only the House will be able to impeach him from then on. With them having an incoming dominance in numbers I find this outcome less and less likely as each day passes.

     All that would be needed before Dec 15th is the Supreme Court to make an announcement that Obama is either in contempt of court for not supplying his birth certificate which may disqualify him from becoming President, and then instructing the Electors that if they were to vote for Obama they would be violating the Constitution and be liable legally immediately. Refer to the Justice Department. All of this relying now exclusively on Berg case. If they don’t take it up immediately this is all fantasy.

     That’s it. This option grows more and more difficult as each day passes. I’m still hopeful but who knows.

     I read that Nancy Pelosi certified that Obama is eligible to be president. I wonder if anyone has questioned her on what she did to verify his eligibility. Probably she looked at his COLB or she simply took his word for it. I have not read anywhere that the FBI investigated his background and eligibility. I doubt they would publish anything on the internet about their investigation anyway, so we cannot conclude that they did investigate. It bothers me to think that perhaps they invetigated – and kept whatever they found to themselves. If they found something – perhaps they could use it to keep control on him. Didn’t Hoover do this with Kennedy? That possibility is one of the reasons that we need a public vetting of Obama, not a private vetting. I think he probably was born in Hawaii. I am not sure why he refuses to release his BC, other than the fact that he has not been required to by any official government agency. This whole issue makes me thin we need a better system of vetting a President. I am sure every SOS simply read the Nancy Certification and did nothing more to verify his eligibilty. They all felt it was not their job. But given the subsequent questions you would think one of them would have guts to do something wouldn’t you?      At the top right hand corner of Page 17 of the New York Post of January 24th, 2009, was a short column entitled “Replacing Michelle” in the National Review “The Week” column. So here it is, word for word:
