Our nation is so close to falling that I believe we are now counting the months. The Obama Administration is completely trashing our Constitution and now he even wants the ability to take over ANY size company they feel like.

Don’t believe everything you hear on fox news. The executive branch has been doing things that are not specifically enumerated in the constitution forever.
If any company feels harmed by this “unconstitutional government takeover” they are welcome to bring a case in court.

GM doesn’t have to accept the terms of the bail out. They can just refuse the money and continue as they’ve been doing. Apparently unsuccessfully.

1. Releasing terrorists even here in America, people who have already killed Americans
2. Paying Gaza , whose government is Hamas, part of al qaeda by the way. Many of these creatures were caught as far away as Afghanistan thanks to their desire to kill Americans as well as Israelis.
3. Obama has now even decided to never let banks be independent and even banks that didn’t want TARP money were literally forced to take it and even now can’t give it back. Oama just wants power. This is going to get scary sooner or later. I’m already there.
