Many Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and Cloud computing companies use Cloud Services Depot for their tech support. CSD already supports over 100 ISVs, OEMs and ISPs including dozens of other franchise organizations with their support needs.
I use Cloud Services Depot’s NOC Services with my on-premise Kaseya server. I can manage the Kaseya server myself, but I like CSD’s best practices and mgmt advice. CSD has 24x7 support and so far they have been good at fixing client site issues.
